Location: Manteca, CA
Schedule: Full Time (Weekends and/or Evenings may be required)

We’re looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Associate who will be the first point of contact for our community members and guests. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that offers room for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide general community information
  • Assist with amenity reservations and resident services
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
  • Support HOA staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous front desk, hospitality, or HOA experience a plus
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs and office equipment
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
