Part-Time General Maintenance/Porter Service
Location: Manteca, CA 
Schedule: Part-Time (Weekends and evenings may be required)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on community facilities and amenities
  • Assist with upkeep of landscaping, pool areas, clubhouse, and other common areas
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and report larger repairs as needed
  • Support set-up and breakdown for events and activities
  • Ensure community areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
  • Previous general maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general repair practices
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
